At Wine O’Clock Bistro, we believe wine should be enjoyed without intimidation. We are a very unique concept that combines a retail wine & cheese shop, with a restaurant and a wine bar, all under one roof.
Our menu includes our Signature Flatbreads and a selection of Small Plate items to enjoy or share.
In addition, we also have an assortment of Champagnes, Proseccos and sparkling wines, by the glass, for your enjoyment. You can also enjoy a glass of wine at the Bar.
First, you purchase a wine tasting card (cost $3.00). The card is yours to keep and it never expires. The card acts like a debit card and can only be used on the machines. You simply load whatever amount of money you wish on the card and your journey begins.
Every machine is clearly marked throughout the store, showing the style, origin or varietal such as Chardonnay, Cabernet, etc.
When you find a wine that you’d like to sample, insert your card, chip down, and your balance will appear on the screen above. Hold your glass under the spout, press the button of the size you want, and hold until the wine begins to pour. The amount will be deducted from your card, showing the remaining balance.
Remember to remove your card (we are not responsible for lost or stolen cards).

She believes that the heartbeat of any restaurant emanates from the kitchen. She envisioned a restaurant catering to health-conscious wine lovers in the Ocoee community, a community she’s called home for the past few years. Renata’s passion for entrepreneurship is only shadowed by her generosity.
She uses Wine O’Clock Bistro as a vessel to fulfill her passion for caring and connecting people who might not have crossed paths if not for Wine O’Clock Bistro. Renata prides herself on the humankind connection she’s created with her staff and her guests.
